Rita Soultanian is the Director of Career Services at CalArts, housed within the newly conceived Patty Disney Center for Life and Work. With 9 years of proven success in career counseling and discernment, student development, and higher education administration, Rita is skilled at advising professionals on the entry-level market. Working with both individuals and groups, she provides personalized guidance regarding occupational choices, goal setting, and job search for students. Rita most recently came from Occidental College, and previous to that she worked with artists and designers at Art Center College of Design. She holds her M.E.d. in College Student Affairs and B.A. in Communication Studies and Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.
